Dr. Hollins on Subject to Talent Podcast!

"A lot of companies will bring in diverse individuals, but they are really asking those individuals to fit into the company rather than the company doing the harder work of figuring out what do I need to do to make sure that people here are included and feel like they belong and that they can bring their whole authentic selves to the workplace."

In this podcast episode of Allegis Global Solutions' "Subject to Talent," Donnell Campbell and Dr. Caprice Hollins discuss the importance of DEIBelonging in the workplace and shares insights from Dr. Hollins' extensive experience in providing culturally relevant professional development and dismantling institutional racism.

Watch the video above for the podcast or listen on the Allegis Global Solutions' podcast page here.
