EQUITY TEAM SUPPORT
Whether you are wanting to establish an Equity Team (ET) or your team is in need of support, we provide guidance and direction so your ET is working collaboratively, clear about their role, and focused.
LEADERSHIP COACHING
We work with leaders one-on-one and in groups to develop their skills in effectively working with diverse staff and colleagues, successfully address challenging situations, and improve their ability to see their role through an equity lens.
